• 1. Confirm the cheek retractor is clear before using. 
• 2. Choose appropriate size according the patient's mouth during treatment , available in ADULT and PEDO size . 
• 3. Turn coonecting rod down , bend it with thumb , middle finger and ring finger . 
• 4. Finish one side through cooperation of both hands, then finish another side and adjust it then .
